The room at North Story - Luxury Chalet - Apartments & Rooms was so cozy and homely, I instantly felt relaxed and comfortable. It had everything I needed, including a kitchen with all the necessary amenities. As a guest who loves to cook, this was a big bonus for me.

Personally, I found the city view from the patio to be a bit underwhelming. However, I understand that others might still appreciate it, as it provides a glimpse of the local surroundings.

The small town was quiet and perfect for winter tourism. The hotel's location with mountain views was prime. Check-in was smooth. The room, with a beautiful view, was spacious and the staff quickly accommodated a room change. The receptionist gave great dinner recommendations and arranged a tour. Despite being between seasons, the staff worked around road closures due to ice melting. The breakfast had plenty of options. The pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor space were a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The host, Jovanna, was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Free coffee, tea, and ice cream were a delightful touch.

I had an amazing stay here. The location was fantastic, close to the center yet secluded enough to be peaceful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stunning pool, jacuzzi, and sauna that I enjoyed after a long day of hiking. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the food was tasty. Additionally, the hotel had a free drink on arrival and even an ice cream machine for guests to use. this hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this city.

Our experience at North Story was exceptional. We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and delightful host, Jovanna. She gave us a tour of the hotel and quickly heated the jacuzzi and sauna for us. The hotel itself is a true gem with amazing views of the town and mountains, comfortable rooms, great design, and outstanding service. Highly recommend for couples or families visiting Durmitor.

There are several restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious meals. the room we stayed in was stunning, with spacious and comfortable accommodations. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout our stay. the breakfast offered at the hotel was good, providing a satisfying start to the day. the view from the room was exceptional, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. the hotel also had fantastic facilities, including a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or cycling.

One small issue we encountered was that the water in the shower tended to rise and overspill into the bathroom after a while.
